The pricing will remain the same as at the fair, - ** ALL SKILL LEVELS – ALL AGES ARE WELCOMED! PURPOSE: The restaurant hostess is the first employee to interact with arriving guests as they enter the restaurant. With the walls/doors open, the entire house becomes an open-air sanctuary, a perfect exploration ground for children and adults.Nature surrounds the Tent House in the form of trees, a river, and a garden area, but it is also reflected within the sleek space: a warm wood floor inset brightens up the concrete floor, and underneath the bar area, wood panels peek out to contrast with the industrial metal counter.Limited by the natural size of the clearing and surrounded by a forest wall, the tent home was carefully planned to make maximum use of all available space.A large, open area houses a kitchen, a dining area complete with an accommodating table, and a living “room”, all with a welcoming flow that makes the home ideal for entertaining and for family living. The main dining room is bedecked in crisp white linens and white, high-back chairs; warm wooden walls wrap the black granite bar—which is, of course, the best place to begin the evening. It’s also where couples come for a special night out, since that harborside view is particularly breathtaking just before sunset (you can ask for a table near the window, but it’s typically first come, first served).Just remember to bring your wallet—this is one of the island’s priciest dining destinations. The wine list here is one of the most extensive on the island, with several large-format options and limited-availability selections.

Blu’s everything-but-the-kitchen-sink menu might seem daunting; after all, there’s sushi, nigiri, and sashimi; Asian fusion dishes; a raw bar; classic osetra caviar; traditional Italian pastas; locally caught seafood; hearty cuts of beef; and—gasp—pizza. The mish-mash of cuisines might make most traditionalists avoid this place, but somehow it all works. The host does an excellent job of accommodating table requests since everyone wants to sit next to the window, but even if you don’t get one of the choicest seats, your team of servers will take good care of you. After all, there's a reason this is one of the busiest restaurants in Bermuda. So why would you recommend this restaurant, and to who?
